Together We Homeschool, LLC ("Together We Homeschool," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website togetherwehomeschool.com and the Together We Homeschool membership community (together, the "Services"). When you join our email list, start a trial, or become a member, we collect information such as your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in your community profile or posts. Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe, via our community platform); we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site.
Community activity. If you join the membership community, we collect the content you post, comments, reactions, and participation activity within the community platform.

5. Children's Privacy
The Services are designed for parents and guardians. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Membership in the community is limited to adults. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@togetherwehomeschool.com and we will delete it.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Account information. You may update or correct your profile information within the community platform, or contact us for help.
- Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information by emailing hello@togetherwehomeschool.com. We will honor verified requests except where we must retain information for legal, billing, or security purposes.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live (including Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email us at the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services may link to third-party websites and operate on third-party platforms (such as our community platform). Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
