These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website togetherwehomeschool.com and the Together We Homeschool membership community (together, the "Services"), operated by Together We Homeschool, LLC ("Together We Homeschool," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for parents and guardians. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Membership, Free Trial, and Billing

3. Community Conduct

The community works because members treat each other with respect. By participating, you agree that you will not:

We may remove content or suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms, at our discretion. If we terminate your membership for a violation, no refund is owed for the current billing period.

4. Member Content

You retain ownership of the content you post in the community. By posting, you grant Together We Homeschool a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Services for the purpose of operating the community. We will not use your posts in external marketing without your permission.

5. Our Content and Intellectual Property

All resources, tools, guides, planners, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by Together We Homeschool, LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share membership materials outside the community without our written permission.

6. Educational Information Disclaimer

The Services provide educational resources, planning tools, and peer support for homeschooling families. The information provided — including anything related to state homeschool laws, compliance, record-keeping, curriculum, or academic planning — is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, educational, financial, or professional advice. Homeschool laws vary by state and change over time. You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with the laws and requirements that apply to your family. Opinions shared by community members are their own and do not represent Together We Homeschool.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services operate on and link to third-party platforms, including our community platform, payment processor, and email provider. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular educational outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together We Homeschool, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Together We Homeschool, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify members by email or a notice within the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
